We are seeking a talented Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, conducting SEO optimization, creating engaging content for Instagram and Threads, and running Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in managing a team of individual contributors.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Conduct SEO optimization to improve website rankings
- Create engaging content for Instagram and Threads
- Run Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Manage a team of individual contributors

**Requirements:**
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in SEO, Instagram, Threads, and Google Ads
- Experience in managing a team of individual contributors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
