1. Overview

ApplySmart ("we," "our," or "us") provides a subscription-based job application management platform. Because our Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon payment, we have a limited refund policy. This policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and how we process them.

2. Digital Service Nature

ApplySmart is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Once you complete a paid subscription, you receive immediate access to the Service. There is no physical product to return. Refunds are considered only in the circumstances described below.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Service failure: The Service was unavailable or materially defective for an extended period during your paid subscription, and we could not resolve the issue.
  • Billing error: You were charged incorrectly (e.g., wrong plan, wrong amount).
  • Within 7 days: You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not substantially used the paid features.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, partial use of a billing period, or cancellation after the 7-day window. Unused time remaining on a subscription is not refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@applysmart.cv or through our Contact Us page. Include your registered email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We will respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider. If a refund cannot be issued to the original method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
