ApplySmart is a job application management platform that helps users track job applications, manage resumes and cover letters, organize application stages, and send applications via email. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@applysmart.cv of any unauthorized use.

- Transmit harmful code, spam, or unsolicited communications

5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

ApplySmart and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplySmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
