ApplySmart (applysmart.cv) is a job application management platform for people who are actively searching—and for employers who need a straightforward way to publish roles and review candidates.
Why we built this
A modern job search produces dozens of browser tabs, resume versions, half-written cover letters, and follow-ups that live only in memory. Spreadsheets help until they do not. ApplySmart turns that chaos into a structured workflow: discover roles, draft materials, submit applications, and track each opportunity through Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, and Closed stages.
We focus on practical operations rather than motivational fluff. The product is useful when it answers, quickly: what did I apply to, which resume did I send, and when should I follow up?

Free accounts can start with core tracking and browsing. Paid plans raise quotas and unlock AI drafting where marked on the pricing page. Checkout is available through supported payment options including Stripe-powered flows and local methods such as JazzCash where configured.
What employers get
Employers can register a company, purchase posting credits or packages, publish job listings, and review candidates through the employer center. The goal is a clear path from “we need to hire” to a public listing candidates can find on the job board—without forcing every company onto a bloated enterprise ATS on day one.
Who we are
ApplySmart is operated as a focused software product for job seekers and hiring teams, with customer support available through our contact channels. We are based in Pakistan and serve users who need English-language tools for tracking applications, preparing materials, and discovering roles. We are not a staffing agency and we do not guarantee interviews or offers. We provide software and content that make a disciplined search easier to run.
Content and advertising
Beyond the product itself, we publish original career resources on topics such as application tracking, resumes, cover letters, interviews, and remote search strategy. Those guides are written to be useful whether or not you create an account.
Some pages may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense where enabled). Ads help support free access to tools and editorial content. Advertising does not change our product recommendations inside the app, and it does not influence whether a specific employer listing appears as published.
Privacy and trust
Account data, resumes, and application notes are sensitive. We use HTTPS, account authentication, and payment providers for card processing so that full card numbers are not stored by ApplySmart. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
