1. Digital Service Delivery
ApplySmart is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not ship physical products. All services are delivered electronically over the internet. Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful registration (for free accounts) or upon successful payment (for paid subscriptions).
2. Service Activation
Once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider (Freemius, Stripe, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other supported methods), your subscription is activated automatically. You will receive access to your selected plan features within minutes. In rare cases of payment processing delays, activation may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@applysmart.cv.
3. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. Our platform is hosted on reliable infrastructure and is accessible 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance (which we will announce in advance when possible) and unforeseen technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access but will work to resolve any outages promptly.
4. Geographic Availability
ApplySmart is available globally wherever internet access is available. There are no physical shipping restrictions. Users can access the Service from any country, subject to local laws and our Terms of Service.
5. No Physical Delivery
Because we deliver only digital services, there are no shipping fees, delivery times, or tracking numbers. All "delivery" is completed at the moment your account is activated and you can log in to the platform.
