About Us
ApplySmart.cv is a fast-growing platform helping job seekers create ATS-friendly, professional CVs and cover letters. We manage multiple content-driven websites and need a sharp, results-driven SEO Optimizer to join our team on a part-time, high-impact basis.
Role Overview
You will work 4 hours per day (flexible schedule) to optimize SEO across several of our websites. You’ll focus on on-page SEO, technical fixes, keyword strategy, and content optimization. You must be available for a daily Scrum meeting (15–20 minutes) to align priorities with the team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-page and technical SEO audits for multiple websites.
Conduct keyword research and implement optimization strategies.
Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, image alt texts, and URL structures.
Improve site speed and mobile usability in coordination with developers.
Track and report KPIs (rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rate) using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.
Identify and fix duplicate content, crawl errors, and broken links.
Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and apply necessary fixes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or managing multiple websites preferred).
Proven ability to improve rankings and organic traffic for multiple domains.
Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress SEO plugins (Yoast/Rank Math).
Solid understanding of HTML, basic CSS, and website structure.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Excellent English communication (written & verbal) – you will join daily voice/video Scrum meetings.
Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to deliver results within 4 working hours per day.

Working Hours & Commitment 4 hours per day – you choose your working window (e.g., 9 AM–1 PM or 2 PM–6 PM or 8 PM-12 PMPKT). Daily Scrum meeting – fixed time (to be decided,15 minutes). You must be available for this daily sync. Long-term contract with performance-based growth opportunities.
